Dr. Richard Boylan Presents 'STEVE WILSON BEHIND THE SCENES AT S-4'

Richard will speak on his interview with Colonel Steve Wilson, USAF only two weeks before he died of his cancer in Phoenix. Richard thought that was a profound revelation at the time and still thinks so.  There is very little published or revealed on Colonel Steve Wilson here in this country. Richard will then discuss his work in S-4, Nellis Air Force Range, Nevada, how he got there, and what he learned and did as head of Project Pounce while there.  The make up of Project Pounce was unique, for example, and his responsibilities and descriptions of the levels at S-4 really corroborate what the sentry from Level Two told another Air Force Colonel, 15 years ago, about Level 2 and its contents.  The picture painted by the staff artist for the Italian Journal that was interviewing Wilson only a couple of months before my interview with him, agreed perfectly with the descriptions and sketches made for this second Colonel by the DELTA sentry from Level Two. Richard will then describe the secret academy where our disc pilots and support personnel are recruited and trained, and how they spend their careers after to keep the secrets. Richard will also describe a disc test flight with human pilots he observed on the Nevada Test Range.
