Shipping: All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of the order being processed. Please note that sometimes we have to ship orders from several different locations and you may receive your order in seperate packaging.

Return Policy: If in the event you receive a defective DVD, please contact us at 602-889-3088. All products will be replaced. If you receive a t-shirt and would like to exchange it for a different size we will gladly exchange it. All shipping costs involved with the exchange will be at your expense and the product must still be new.
